AIKA {eye-kuh} is a Finnish word that translates to ‘time’. The name of the brand honours the deep roots of traditional Nordic sauna culture and represents the company’s core values of spending time on health, building meaningful connections, and disconnecting from the noise in order to get back to nature. AIKA is a health and wellness brand that enables people to pursue the benefits of hot & cold therapy in a beautiful, private setting in the heart of Squamish Valley.
